Christmas is sure a season to celebrate
There have been a lot of arguements and counter-arguements about Christmas having its roots as a pagan festival, or that Christ was not born in December. However, what is important is that it is a time to remember the birth of the saviour of the world. And whatever your inclination, everybody all over the world have come to accept the season as a time to share love, goodwill and give gifts that can put smile on the faces of others. So as you celebrate this Christmas, make sure you put smile on somebody's face.
We at netwealth Consult wish you a happy celebration, but with moderation and thoughtfulness, a little sobriety and reflection for the reason for the season.
Merry Christmas.

Another day of amazing wealth creation on the Plateau
I am getting ready for another day of the Jos Mini-Seminar explosion.
I am full of expectations today because alot of work and publicity had been made to distribute the fliers to different parts of the City. Moreover, some of the participants of the maiden edition were so excited about the prospects that they were all over themselves to invite people for the subsequent editions.
What is of interest is the commitment to make sure that all participants who sign up are registered as members of the Netwealth membership club where members will use our resources to market the business opportunity we are promoting to their prospect. That simply means that instead of trying to re-invent the wheel, they simply leverage on our effort to earn a steady weekly income for themselves while we all smile to the bank.Remember tha whatever they do we are benefiting from it since the programme encourages team sales instead of the normal competition kind of marketing.
I was marketing this concept to one of my staffs at work and she was much relieved at the prospects. Remember that a lot of people are desirious of success but they are just not well equiped for what it takes to market themselves or their business ideas. This is one of the most important feature of our business model, we mentor, partner, leverage on one another to build wealth and release ourselves from the so called Civil Servant mentality.i.e People who stay in their comfort zones and never venture out for fear of failure. They rather wait for pay rises that are so taken up by inflation and taxes.
So I am excited with anticipation of what is going to happen today. Our publicity machinery was all over town distributing the fliers in banks ,eateries, and mobile phone depots. We look forward to the financial liberation of Plateau state.
Though our beggining be small, yet our end shall be greatly increased. I will update you with the happenings of the day in a later post.
Meanwhile, keep moving on.

Business Information Mini-Seminar; despise not the days of little beginnings.
It finally kicked off!It was like dream come true and I remembered the biblical injunction that says dispise not the days of little beginning.
For a while I have been nursing the idea of holding seminars to educate people on a wide range of interest to me.When I say that you may not know how varied and diverse these interests may be.Let me expatiate.
My primary interest as you may guess is Medicine.I made the decision to become a doctor at a time that I can not even remember.May be primary 2 or 3 or even in primary 1.You will identify with this if you live in Nigeria or any other developing African countries.Once a child shows a form of brilliance, all including parents and teachers, siblings and friends alike will start callinh him doctor or lawyer as the case may be.This easily swades such a young mind to start dreaming of life as a doctor or lawyer, a life he really does not have the faintest idea of what it entails.
So I was channeled to this line naturally and I made the expectations of people around me to be my own and went on to become a doctor passing through a protracted training period at the Obafemi Awolowo University. Well, the good thing was that I found a fascination with the mind right from pre-clinical school in Behavioural Sciences and then was re-inforced in Psychiatry in the Clinical school.
I therefore have this passion to be an advocate of sort and the bring knowledge of common mental illnesses to the populace as there is a great derth in this area. This made me start my first blog (which I have imported into this one) in which I was writing on mysteries in the mind.
Moreover, the knowledge of psychology which is to psychiatry what physiology is to medicine has made me create a line of interest that include speaking in seminars and workshops on the area of stress and stress management, organising peak performance seminars and workshops for school children and teachers, personal development seminars and workshops etc.I have been able to inspire greattness in some children's heart along the way.So, mentoring, leadership, consulting, public speaking, motivational speaking or whatever you may call it!
There is however another fascination of mine which I discovered in school as well. That is browsing and surfing the internet. I have been on the net for almost 24hrs once just moving from one site to the other on different areas, including in particular chating and home business ideas.
My fascination for home business started during the compulsory youth service in Calabar after reading the book 'Rich Dad's Guide to Investing'. In that book Robert Kiyosaki told of how the rich dad advised him to get a job with Ranx xerox because he will horn his marketing skills there. According to him, marketing is the most important skill you must learn as every body lives by selling something. Robert also went on to recomment network marketing as one of the best form of marketing he has come to know and appreciate.
With all the foregoing, I decided to put all these passions of mine into a tangible form by bringing all of them into one umbrella of Netwealth Consult. So, Netwealth Consult deals with Health Seminars and workshops, Stress and Stress management seminars and workshops, personal development programmes, peak performance programmes and Wealth and e-business programmes and seminars. It has not been easy getting all these ideas across especially on the Plateau where such has not yet found wide acceptance.
So the Jos free Mini-Seminar explosion is the beginning of the conceptualisation of these dreams into reality. The first edition was a success and the attendees all showed a lot of excitement at the abundant potentials of the programme that we are currently marketing to them.In fact 3 of the attendees signed up immediately and are now on there way to financial independence. So as the saying goes "despise not the days of little beginning" These are the days of little beginning on the Plateau and in Netwealth Consult but with persistence we are going to turn Plateau State into a hub of different business concerns and business information arena comparable to what obtains in Lagos.

How to make $1000s weekly and Earn all expenses paid Holidays
I recently came across this programme that can earn you up to $1,500 weekly and even above if you do your own part.
Before I go on let me tell you that I am not one to come and make spurious claims because I am a very busy person and a respected professional check http://www.mysteriesinthemind.blogspot.com/, or check my profile to have an idea of what I am saying. However, after examining the programme critically I was able to lay aside all my doubts and cast away disappointment in pevious programmes and come on board.
So what is this programme about.I make bold to sat that it is about network marketing!
When you are talking of network marketing or MLM there are certain rules that must be obeyed before you join a progrmme;
1.What is the product of the company which they can market even without the concept of network marketing?
2.Is this product meeting the need of the people or at least a segment of society?
3.Who are the management team or leaders of the company?
4.Is the payment plan friendly?
5.Are you forced to purchase stocks or product that are not useful to you in order to meet stipulated points for qualification?
6.Do you have a deadline after which you may lose your capital or benefits?
7.How often do you get paid/
These are just a few of the pertinent questions that I want to answer here for you to know the authenticity of this programme.
The programme is called Holidays and Cash and it just launched in July this year but I tell you that a lot of people including Nigerians are already making good money from the programme.See this extract from update i received yesterday:
Holidays and Cash leaders buy NEW cars with cash rewards
Emmanuel and Ijeoma Chuckwu in Nigeria share how they are purchasing a NEW Jeep four wheel drive next week paid in cash with their Rewards earned from Holidays and Cash. They have demonstrated that through consistent hard work and leadership members can earn life changing rewards.
Sipho Njiva in South Africa has also paid cash for a new car from their Rewards after having his previous car hijacked earlier this year. Sipho was responsible for the successful launch of Holidays and Cash in South Africa.
So to answer our questions one after the other;
1.The product is Benefit pack which enables you to have access to highly discounted hotel and resort bills in exotic parts of the world, discounted flight and cruises. In short they are involved in Travels and Tourism business.
2.The product is meeting the need of tourists and travellers. For example,I was able to help one of my customers get flight prices of different airlines and schedules for her trip to come up in December in my members area just today.
3.The founder is Michael Faust who have had a great wealth of experience in other programmes and simple built on that experience to build this programme and improving on the short comings of the other programmes
4.The payment plan is binary which means that there are a lot of spill overs leading to team sales and earnings. The payment is also weekly! Mrs Ijeoma Chuckwu is already earning up to $10,000 weekly!
5.You are not buying physical products you may not need, but the services they offer. Moreover the payment is annually, and you will not need to renew from your pocket since you would have earned in multiples of the registration fee.
6.You dont have any deadline. What ever you dont use to earn in a week will be brought forward for you to earn the following week.
7.Payment is weekly.

Netwealth Consult is Born!
About three years ago, I was introduced to an online business venture which I believed was a good and sellable idea. It was about rare gold coins used in U.S many years ago. The idea was that because the coins are rare and scarce they are collectors’ items and as such they are expensive. Now all the company did was to pull money together from investors all over the world and through a network marketing plan, spread the news and promote their sales. At my excitement I made a post to my class yahoo group to spread the word but met a lot of brick wall. As a matter of fact some people scorned me believing that I have lost focus and that I am looking for money in the wrong places. Some misunderstanding even ensued between me and one of my classmates which (thankfully) was immediately resolved! But ironically, another friend of mine, a doctor too went ahead to promote that program and made a lot of money from it before moving on to other things. I was later to also see a group of people promoting the program on T.V and making a lot of money from it. I didn’t make money from it because I chickened out after that fateful occurrence I mentioned above.
Since then I have gone on to do other things like getting married and getting into residency program in Psychiatry. However, I always kept certain thing at the back of my mind; to have my own business in order to actualize my potential and give myself a chance at being rich. Secondly, to fulfill a burning desire to improve and motivate people, impact knowledge and guide them to self actualization. Moreover, I also wanted to be a public speaker as I have always enjoyed talking , knowing about people, trying to persuade people to ideals that I believe genuinely (which is one of the reasons that I entered in for Psychiatry with its component of Psychology).
I have been privileged to talk in a number of different forums, including at church programs, schools and some groups. I also had the privilege of handling some workshops and seminars for some Management consulting firms and at each of these times I always receive commendation for a job well done and people always want to have a repeat of the experience. Moreover, it is said that your passion is what you can do passionately without being paid and it is something that usually take you to greater height with little resistance. If one gets some obstacles along the way, they turn into stepping stones for the individual.
Let me recollect at this junction that during my service year I was the President of Health and Drug-Free Club of Youth Service Corp programme in Calabar then. This group consists of serving Medical Doctors and Pharmacists, as well as other medical related professionals. We organized Seminars and Health campaigns for the general populace as well as some Local Government staff of Calabar South L.G.
We also organized health campaigns for secondary school students and their teachers. Of course I plays very prominent role in the conception, planning and execution of these programmes. All these were in fulfillment of an inner desire to impact knowledge in others.
As it becomes obvious that I am a people oriented person with a natural burning desire to train and impact people’s lives for the better in order for them to attain their God given potentials; I have therefore decided to establish an outfit that have the following areas of focus;
-Health Seminars and Workshops
-Stress Management training programmes
-Personal Development including self discovery, career choice and guidance, counseling.
-Peak Performance and productivity enhancement seminars
-Wealth seminars/e-business opportunities etc
Lack of money contributes significantly to a stressful life. We therefore bring to you programmes and deals to ease your financial burden and bring you to financial independence, while at the same time promoting stress free principles and ideals.

A vacation too eventful and simply too long.
About six weeks ago,I was so stressed up both physically but more of emotionally, that I had to take my annual leave. But as it is now,I will give anything to make sure that I resume work, but that is not something that I have control over right now.
I had applied for four weeks out of the possible six weeks annual leave, for which I proceeded on the 7th,April 2007.Before then,I was so stressed up emotionally that I could not do anything meaningful in terms of academics. In fact,it was as if reading and studying was anathema to me.By that I do not mean just academic books but also magazines, newspapers, motivational books etc.I guess it was not unconnected with the so called CONTISS salary structure and the inability of the management of my hospital to impliment it despite the fact that all other Federal Tertiary institutions have implimented same.I found it rather disturbing that in a civilized society, things like these could go on without being able to do anything abou it despite going as far as the National Assemble!Talk of losing faith in the system.Morever,I had moved from the Psychiatric Hospital Uselu after spending about 10 months without taking the annual leave for the year 2007.I was fargued out as it were.
Using the Holmes and Rahi life event scale,I had accumulated some good amount of points to qualify for a break down.I needed to just rest and take a break.
However, the leave period turned out to be rather very eventful.First,I got a call from an unexpected caller asking me to speak on Stress Management and HIV in the work place. This was at a workshop organized by a Management consulting outfit in conjunction with Nigeria Medical Association(N.M.A).It was an exciting time for me in the sense that I had the opportunity to talk on the relationship between stress and health and dwelt on the role of stress in mental illness most especially.
Moreover,I was able to give my wife a three-day holiday in Calabar while I was there for a speaking engagement! It was such a wonderful coincidence that I was invited to speak in Calabar when I had earlier promised to take her there on a visit.Of course,I gave her a treat and somebody else paid for the transportation and accommodation.
Have I mentioned that I was also in Benin to tie up issues on that end?Ranging from unpaid arrears at Psychiatric hospital Uselu(Though that have not been paid!),to accommodation issues, and other minor issues.
Just as I got back to Jos and rearing to go at full steam,I was plagued by that terrible accident that I mentioned in the last post.As a consequence of that accident,I presently have my right ankle in cast and as such I cannot resume back to work as I thought.Although I later found out that I was granted the full six weeks annual leave as against the four weeks that I applied for,yet even that have elapsed and I still cannot get back to work because of the sprain in the ankle. As it were,I am not even sure if the calceneous is not fractured as I have this pain whenever I step on it.At any rate I will have repeat x-ray before removing the cast next Wednesday.I sincerely hope that the repeat x-ray does not show a fracture as I cannot bear to continue to stay at home for so long a time because I am really fed up with being redundant!
Well I guess that I can say that this my leave is one that have been too eventful and extended. It is one leave too long.i am pray that it will end lest it becomes a source of stress to me too.

So much wealth on the net!
I have been browsing the internet since the year 2001.That was some seven years ago.You will say that I am a slow starter. But if you consider that I live in a so called third world country that was just came out of many years of military rule just two years earlier, you will agree with me that I was not too late to come on-board.
However,in these few years of accessing the internet I have come to appreciate the enoumous resources and opprotunities that abound on the internet. This time around I am talking about using the internet to advance yourself,be it making money, networking for better opportunities, information etc.Name it,you can have it on the net.As it was said at a seminar somewhere, just imagine it,you can have it.
This blog is about the opportunities that abound on the internet and how you can use them to your advantage while separating the good from the bad.
