collaboration with other agencies like the NDLEA, Youth
–focused NGOs, and Social Welfare Department etc. We

speaking in churches and youth based organization. Social media and

Rehabilitation
The
facility offers her customers the luxury of recreational activities
including a modern day gym, standard table tennis setup, varieties of
word and board games. Indoor therapy rooms fashioned to provide a
welcoming therapeutic atmosphere. To ensure that our customers enjoy the
best treatment outcome, we also provide them with entrepreneurial
training beyond the medical, psychiatric and psychosocial treatment. Our
strong programme content is based on
Evidence –based studies on what works.
Treatment and Duration
At Netwealth Medical Centre, we intend to provide organic and
non-organic treatments in form of medication for various drug addiction
which will be complimented by both brief and extensive one-on-one
therapy sessions, group discussions, physical therapy, occupational
therapy , speech therapy and recreational therapy. The minimum duration
of treatment on in-patient bases will be 90-120 days within which a
person is expected to have gained the necessary skills required to
maintain sobriety. However, the exact duration of treatment is based on
the particular situation of the individual.
Staff Review
Our
people at Netwealth include an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists,
clinical psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation nursing staff on
duty 24 hours per day. Accountant , administrative officer, house
assistant and security guides.
Treatment Environment
Netwealth
is located in a serene, secured and unique environment designed to
accommodate both adolescents and young adults. Our 14-bedded facility
mimics the home environment, not like a conventional hospital setting.
The rooms have private bathrooms, and the facility is furnished with a
well designed kitchen in which clients are actively involved in the
cooking process. Flat screen TV’s with inbuilt decoder for all round
coverage of carefully selected TV programmes. We also provide Wi-Fi
internet access to our customers who may wish to surf the net for
educational materials.
Please note that for patients who require detoxification, the minimum duration of treatment will be 4 months
· Structured Family Therapy Programs
This programme is offered as an integral part of our Residential Therapeutic Programme
since a client’s family functioning could contribute to the initiation
and/or maintenance of problem psychoactive substances use.
Family Therapy Programs include:
· Three to six family psychotherapy sessions
· Individual and family members therapy sessions.
Duration : As required.
· Family Intervention
This arrangement is an orchestrated attempt by family(and sometimes
close friends) to get someone to seek professional help with their
addiction prob-lem. Family intervention underlies the need for the
entire family unit to change in an effort for everyone (not just the
individual with an addiction problem) to get healthy . Plans for an
intervention are made with family members prior to the intervention itself.
DURATION: As needed.
· Counseling
The counseling programmes at Netwealth are non-structured general addiction counseling services offered to clients who do not yet require other more structured services offered at the centre.
The General Counseling programs focus on:
· Motivational enhancement
· Problem solving and
· Relapse prevention
Duration: Open depending when client needs are satisfactorily met
· Post Management Follow up.
We offer follow up services for clients who complete their management Programme at Netwealth through:
· Scheduled meetings with counselor/therapist
· Motivation and support program
· Recovery Assistance programs
· Crisis Intervention programs
Duration: Lifetime
· Crisis Intervention
Acknowledging
that relapse is a reality in addiction management and part of the
stages of change; we at Netwealth offer our clients multiple management interventions to be able to achieve long-term recovery. Clients who enrol in our
ongoing crisis intervention program have 24hours access to our crisis
intervention Counselors who work to get the client out of imminent
crisis to a place where recovery(management reinitiation if necessary)
is a possibility.
*Crisis Intervention programs are available only to clients who have completed their management programme.

Screening
Considering that not all use of psychoactive substances constitutes a disorder, the screening of client on arrival at Netwealth allows for the management team and the

Comprehensive Assessment Program
When there is evidence of problem behaviour in the client during assessment, the therapeutic team ascertains further the severity of the problem and its effects on diff-
Erent areas of the client’s life. The assessment process is a collaborative effort between
The clinical team and client which end in the generation of a management plan.
Comprehensive assessment involves checking for:
*Medical Conditions and complications (including co-occurring psychiatric disorders)
*Client’s motivation /readiness to change
*physical, sensory or mobility Limitations
*Relapse history and potential
*Substance abuse dependence
*Developmental and cognitive issues
*Family and Social Support
*Dependent Children
*Trauma and Violence
*Management History
*Strengths and Resources
Duration: 3-5hours
· Detoxification Program
Detoxification is often a key first step in the process of recovery for clients.
At Netwealth, detoxification can only be complete when a client enters, remains in and complies with program protocol of an addiction management
Program after he or she have been fully made to withdraw from the substance of addiction.
Duration: Minimum 30 days
· Structured Non-Residential Programme.
This programme is carefully designed to meet the needs of client who are able to arrive at the centre for scheduled programs, are able or willing to follow program recommendations and assessment suggests that outpatient programs are suitable and likely to be effective.
Exclusion criteria include medically or psychiatrically unstable persons. Such persons will need the in-patient structured treatment programme.
Program components include:

· Case management
· Toxic screens as needed
· Family treatment as needed.
· 12 step Meeting Attendance
The program operates 5 days per week, providing services from 9AM to 4PM
The number of days and length of treatment are determined according to in-dividual needs. The average length of treatment is 12 weeks and above. Most individual attend all 5 days during the week.

· Residential Therapeutic Program
This programme is recommended for clients who require structured living , peer support, highly intensive counseling and psychotherapies offered in a
Therapeutic environment. The daily life and activities in our Residential Therapeutic program are highly structured to assist the client learn and incorporate functional life skills, relapse prevention techniques, a sense of personal responsibility and critical reasoning skills needed to manage specific personal life problems.
